We will be wholesaling organic carob in 50 pounds bags if you are looking for a source. We can supply your needs for organic carob powder from 50 pounds to 5000 pounds. Our organic carob will be light in color and sweet in taste. Our goal is to have the best US price for bulk organic carob powder.

Carob is pod from the St Johnsberry tree and ground in to powder. It looks and tastes like chocolate, but does not have the caffeine. Also some cooks mix part carob and part chocolate for a better taste and a reduction in caffeine.

Hi Jay I am Michael creator of Chunks of energy and my goal is to offer an unpacked bulk energy bar(no packaging), called Chunks of energy that cost 1/3 to 1/2 cost of packaged energy bar that sells for around $6.50 a pound. If we covered the product in carob that would substantially increase the cost and also changed the nutritional profile adding a lot of sugar, fat and salt.

If you want a very sweet and tasty Chunks of energy I suggest the Organic chocolate paradise or the Organic 100% raw cacao goji.

We will be adding an organic carob flavor in the next few months and I will take your suggestion for a sweeter flavor in consideration.

I suggest you check out this link for a comprehensive description of chunks of energy, here it is:
